We’re so excited to announce that MORGANVILLE, the digital series adaptation of Rachel’s books, is set to premiere on October 27, 2014 at the Geek & Sundry Youtube channel, here: http://www.youtube.com/geekandsundry
Rachel will also be appearing with special guests Amber Benson (Amelie), Robert Picardo (Oliver), Lindsay Seidel (Claire), Jordan Farris (Shane), and Ben Easter (Michael) at MCM London Comic-Con October 25 and 26, where they will have a Morganville panel with sneak preview footage and special signing opportunities.
Amazon.com US links have been removed on my websites until further notice. Amazon is currently in a pricing dispute with Hachette Books, and is currently refusing to support Hachette authors, which hurts my colleagues. As a matter of professional ethics, I will not support Amazon while they attempt to settle their disputes by bully tactics.

“It’s an amazing process we’ve gone through to see Morganville come to life,” Caine said. “The Kickstarter initiative was a way to really involve the readers in making Morganville a reality. We were extremely lucky to have had such great response and enthusiasm from the fans all through this process. I am thrilled that Geek & Sundry now is taking this series to the next level.”
Morganville joins superhero comedy Caper and Wil Wheaton’s board game show TableTop at Geek & Sundry.
It’s a bittersweet thing for me to face the end of the Morganville Vampires series … really tough to think about letting go of these characters who’ve become such a vivid and exciting part of my life. But also, as a writer, it’s exciting to let them move on to the rest of their lives in the hands of my readers, who are engaged and enthusiastic about helping the story continue on their own.
As you probably already know, I encourage fanfiction … I think it’s a wonderful and inspiring thing that others can live in a world I’ve created and tell their own stories. So once Morganville is done, I’m depending on all of YOU to help me carry it forward.
Our upcoming MORGANVILLE: THE SERIES web TV show will certainly help do that as well, and I’m tremendously thrilled about the news we’ve got coming up, so stay tuned for the dramatic updates!
But for now, let’s focus on DAYLIGHTERS — the last Morganville Vampires novel (at least for now). It’s coming up for a release in the first week of November, and in honor of that event, we’re doing some special things, including a BLOG TOUR, which starts today! Each blog will be hosting for a full day, and each will have exclusive content from DAYLIGHTERS … and I’ll also be online answering your questions and posting as well.
Thanks to its unique combination of human and vampire residents, Morganville, Texas, is a small college town with big-time problems. When student Claire Danvers gets the chance to experience life on the outside, she takes it. But Morganville isn’t the only town with vampire trouble… | Chapter One |
"Older teens will fall under Caine's spell as she weaves together scary moments with romantic situations, which are at times overly descriptive, but not graphic." ~Sarah Flood, Breckinridge County Public Library, Hardinsburg, KY
